We are a small Sphynx Cattery located in the heart of New England. We are 1hr from Boston and 2.5 hrs from major winter and summer attractions of North Conway. We make frequent trips to Long Island, NY and could personally deliver your kitten there or to our surrounding states for a small fee. We also ship using a private courier to transport your little kitten in the heated and cooled passengers cabin to ensure a safe and stressless trip to your local airport and their new home.
We wish to keep our cattery small so that we can give our breeding parents and every kitten born, the attention and love they deserve.
We provide 2 distemper shots and visit our veterinarian to ensure proper health. Your kitten will come to you with a Veterinarian certificate of good health, just prior to leaving our home at 12 weeks old.
Our goal is to share this wonderful, playful and intelligent breed. Sphynx cats are becoming increasingly popular due to their friendliness and love of human companionship. Before they leave our home at 12 weeks, our kittens are well-socialized. Once old enough, we allow them to move about the house, interacting with our large family, guests, and our large dog.
Although the Sphynx breed does affect those people who are allergic to cat saliva, many people with severe allergies are effected only to cat hair and dander. These individuals are often symptom-free and are able to own a Sphynx of their own. These individuals are encouraged visits to our home to rule out allergies if they have been a problem for a family member in the past.
Our kittens are TICA registered, and we follow the standards and guidelines set by this organization. Our animals are scanned by having regular cardiac echocardiograms to rule out heart abnormalities such as HCM. Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy is common in the Sphynx breed. All are adult breeding couples have scanned negative.
Our cats are not caged. They are members of our family. They are always underfoot, following us from room to room, insisting on being in the middle of any home improvement project, making sure our clean clothes stay warm long after leaving the dryer or relaxing on our computer keyboard whenever we are working.
These are only some of the reasons we love this amazing breed. They are extremely affectionate, always willing to snuggle but tend to hog your blankets at night.
